    Having removable insoles and a wide box for toes really helped. I adjusted the fit with my orthopedic insoles and just need 1 of the insoles to make them right for me. I wore them each day whilst on holiday in Scotland and my feet didn't hurt at the end of the day. Big bonus for me that I could keep walking with my family.

    I have wide feet and have struggled for many years to find stylish footwear that accommodates my size 8 broad foot. These boots are amazing, comfortable, deep toe box with plenty of room. No sore toe rubbing. I was lucky to purchase these boots on sale. Excellent quality and modern design. I may be 70 years old, but desire style.

    Having 2 foot operations in the last year, shoes are a problem. I've needed some more robust shoes and something to wear with a skirt. These are great. Lovely soft leather, good colour and support. The insole is comfortable, not too hard or soft. I got a black pair also.

    I have narrow heels and these are simply not catered for in any of your shoes or boots. My feet are not swollen; I have arthritic bunions. Please think about offering something for narrow heels.
    I have to lace up the ankle as tightly as possible to keep the boots more or less in place, which isn't ideal for comfort or to allow ankle flexibility.
    Both types of insole are very thin and a tiny corner of one insole tore off while I was wearing them the second time. Very odd!
    The small loops through which the laces go broke the first time I wore them. I don't need the loops, but they don't seem durable.
    However, I like the look of them!

    The width is perfect, they are slightly too deep for me so I wear orthotics on top of the 2 insoles for a bit letter fit. However, I sought advice from the helpline and they were lovely and explained that if I dropped to a 4 width fitting, I would lose width as well as depth. Very helpful.
    If this is a common issue, it would be nice to have the option of the same width with a shallow depth option in the future.

    The boot looks smart and has plenty of room for toes to wiggle, and for wide feet/bunions. My only bugbear is that the inside zip rubs on my ankle if I wear normal ankle socks. I have to wear extra thick long socks to prevent getting sore red patches on my ankle.

    The boots look very high end and I love the leather and attractive tan colour. I'm not at all aware of my tender bunions which is wonderful but the boots are a bit snug around my ankles.I haven't worn them outside as we have building work going on in the house..I hope the ankle part will soften with time and I am not fully tightening the laces..My husband thinks laces should be done up firmly so I probably ought to have phoned for advice. but I have kept them!...
