    These are not easy fit. It is such a struggle to get into them that I will probably never wear them again. Very disappointed as this is the second pair of boots that I have bought from you lately that I can't wear, for the same reason. The zip does not open up enough to allow access without also virtually unthreading the laces every time as well. I have bought many boots and shoes from you in the past that I am happy with, but these two pairs, made in Portugal and India respectively seem to have no idea about the needs of people with arthritis.

    I bought these boots to replace a similar pair of twin zip ankle boots I have had for at least 4 years, and which are still going strong. The price convinced me to give them a try, and I am very glad I did. Lovely smooth leather, easy to get on and off and comfortable to wear straight out of the box. In fact they are so comfortable, it's just like wearing slippers! More colours would be super.

    Good quality boot. Following toe surgery I have a large toe that is set at a slight angle, making it rub on the side of normal width/toe shaped boots and shoes. This asymmetric toe shape is ideal and very comfortable. As it is quite wide, I do need to wear thick/extra socks to make sure that they don't slip, but this isn't a problem. The double zips make the boots very easy to put on. I also have the boots in black, as they are so comfortable.

    I brought these boots because they look fantastic with my winter wardrobe especially my jeans. They've worn extremely well and look as good as new. I love the soles of these boots because they're rubber you feel very sure footed with whatever winter weather throws at you, especially icy pavements. The fit is perfect as is the quality of the leather.

    The boots looked good and the foot access appeared adequate but I retuned them unused - not even tried - because they were too tight around the ankle to do up the zips. I therefore cannot give them any star rating.

    Being wary of buying footwear online I was pleasantly surprised at the service from DB shoes. My first order didn't fit (my fault not theirs) but it was so easy to return them and reorder. I am thrilled with my new boots. The quality is super, I know they will last. I have never spent so much on footwear before but I know I have done the right thing for my feet having struggled with high street sizes for years. I'm looking forward to adding to my shoe collection from DB shoes in the future. Very happy!
