    I bought these boots in a 6V in the sale ready for next winter. . I’m waiting to see how they perform in the rain. I do find the quality of the suede is very good as my others have not been waterproof but worn well. They were a very comfortable fit and came up higher on my ankle which I’m happy with. Great quality and style as always with Wider fit shoes. Been purchasing for over 25 years I. Trendier now than in my early 40’s. Thanks to wider fits choice .

    I have very tricky feet! Not only are they wide due to bunions and cross over toes but I also suffer from neuropathy, so my toes are very sensitive. The style holds my foot firmly without having to lace the boot too tightly. The suede is comfortable and does not rub and I love the colour Red! I may be of the older variety with disfigured feet but I can at least disguise them and feel a bit trendy. I like a bit of colour!!

    Having found DB Wider Fit Shoes, this is the only company I will buy footwear from in the future. If you write to them, use the chat facility or ring them, swift responses are assured as is their helpfulness. I love their fitting facility and if you want to check you are going to order the right size, you can ask them to input your measurements to ensure they come to the same size determination, as you. Such an excellent variety of colours too, from the more traditional to slightly quirky colours, such as the blue and purple which I ordered. I found the organisation helpful and swift in any communication with them. Yes, you might think £6 is a little pricey but if you are ordering a number of pairs but you are just not sure, given there is no return cost, actually £6 is not that bad and they are delivered by Royal Mail which is a more reliable courier service than others I won't mention. Footwear, in my own, real, size...in a colour I like....yes, I will be purchasing again.

    Very nice colour. The laces come undone quite regularly and the eyelets don't seem to be deep enough to contain the laces when walking at a usual pace. Even when tied up tight it is a very generous fit around the ankles and so not giving much support to the ankles.

    They are very comfortable, roomy and supportive. However there’s one annoying aspect. The boot laces ALWAYS come out of the metal prongs at the top, so there’s not much point in having the zip. That is supposed to do away with having to lace them tight every time you put them on. My former boots didn’t do that. Perhaps it’s the wider flat laces that aren’t fit for purpose. The others had narrow round laces.

    I am very pleased with these boots.They fit really well with regards to width and the removable insoles are a brilliant idea.
    We did have some snow and ice after I bought them and they were warm dry and slip resistant.Also they look more fashionable than some wide fit footwear.
    The only drawback was that they were quite expensive but you get what you pay for and I will definitely be saving up for some more footwear from this company.

    II never have a good fit with Wider Fit shoes. The problem is lack of enough width fittings. There is 2E to 4E and 6E to 8E. I, like many others I expect , need a 4E to 6E. The idea of putting in or taking out one or two thin insoles doesn't work. I either have painful, bleeding toes or my feet are flopping around in too big footwear.

    Excellent walking boots.
    I purchased 6e fitting and there is plenty of room in the toe box for my extremely wide feet and high instep.
    The boots are surprisingly light weight and the soles very grippy when walking on stones and slippery surfaces.
    I have worn these a lot since purchase and the suede has not marked. The suede is soft on one's ankles but there is plenty of support there too. With other walking boots I have had rubbing and soreness to my ankles, not so with these.
    It would be a nice touch if a spare pair of laces were supplied with the boots as I have been unable to find any in the same colour.
    Luckily the weather has been good when I've been out walking so haven't tested the waterproofing aspect yet.
    Very pleased with my cosy, comfy boots.

    I bought warmer insoles as my feet were cold but that was my choice and as they were slightly big in the fit, they now are perfect.
    My only negative is the fact the laces undo themselves from the top and so I can't just unzip them every time but need to retie the laces too. Otherwise great to wear, very comfortable and not at all hard as some soles can be to wear.
