    I am writing to provide feedback on the slippers I recently purchased. I am quite pleased with their overall quality; they are both smart and comfortable to wear.

    However, my only complaint is regarding the rigidity of the heel section. This allows the heel collar, tab, and counter to fold inward under the foot, making them awkward and a possible danger from tripping for the aged who are likely to buy this style.

    I take a size 9, when I received these were far too big, returned for size 8, which are still too big, putting additional insoles in results in walking out the heel. Slippers very well made, sizing is odd. Staff on their helpdesk are really helpful and pleasant.

    very comfortable to wear replaced a similar pair I had which wore out and needed to be replaced and as I fallen arch they are ideal for with this foot or other problems in needing wide fitting shoes or slippers

    I have a size 9 DB Shoe which is a perfect fit bought from yourselves
    The slipper is supposed to be a size 9 but is much larger can get a finger in the heel when the foot is in the slipper not a very good fit
