    These were a replacement for another order and I'm glad I chose these! They fit my difficult feet well despite having different sized feet. The leather feels lovely too. I have had problems in the past when shoe soles (sadly they were DB) have not lasted as well as I would have hoped so trusting these will last longer.

    This shoe is very comfortable and has room to insert my own special insoles. The small V- shaped cut at the front means the shoes don't dig in across the front of my foot. Only thing that would be an improvement would be a pull-back feature on the strap (as my old shoes had) to make it easier to fasten the strap securely

    Immediately Comfortable, can be worn with trousers or skirts, Easy to put on and, thanks to the strap, stays on. The style flatters my feet - making them look narrower thanks to the v shaped front. I had a pair similar to these years ago and loved them. Have now found their replacement.

    I am really pleased with this style - the V notch certainly makes the shoe look more elegant than the standard rounded style.
    It is comfortable to wear but seems slightly deeper than other shoes in the same fitting that I've purchased from you.

    I bought during a promotion so am happy with the price I paid, but, not qualifying for VAT exemption, I do wonder why those of us with shorter but very wide feet always have to pay a premium over those with longer but narrower feet!

    I was pleasantly surprised to find that the first time I wore them I didn't need to change all day. they are so comfortable.
    My feet swell in hot weather and the design is not at all uncomfortable.

    Great value for money, my first pair have lasted and are as comfortable as slippers to wear around the house.

    Although the size chart recommends a size 6 I have found some of the shoes are to big, ( I have 1 swollen foot and 1 smaller} so opted for a 5 in these as there are no half sizes. Have not worn them out yet just indoors and they seem ok

    Where the strap of these shoes joins the main shoe after wearing them outside (so no returning them) they dug into my foot so now I have to cover the top to prevent it hurting. Otherwise not too bad, maybe a little heavy when on.

    I ordered these shoes as I have a drop foot and have to wear a splint, it fits very well in the shoe especially as it has 2 removable insoles.
    I ordered them one day snd received them the next day, excellent service, I wore them on our family
    short break away, and we did a lot of walking, ghe shoes are so comfortable, my feet didn't ache at all, like walking on air.

    These shoes are extremely uncomfortable. I can wear them all day without any soreness or rubbing.
    There is one problem - around the heel area inside the shoe black dye rubs onto the heel of my tights and does not come out with washing.

    I much prefer the old 'Florence’ style which I find more comfortable as this style rubs slightly over the bunion area. It looks smarter than the ‘Florence’. I just hope that the low-key but amazingly comfortable 4E Florence in black will return.
