    I love the metallic floral pattern but in order to get the wide fit for my problem toes the heel is too wide and my feet slip about. The sole is very stiff so walking is uncomfortable and I cannot drive in them - it is like having lumps of wood attached to my feet and I don’t feel in control of the pedals. ! I wish I could wear them all the time but it just isn’t possible.

    Have given'performing in wear' a 4 star as I had to have a replacement shoe lace after a few days of wearing them, nice looking laces but not ideal when you need to tie them tightly. LOve the shoes though, pity there is not another choice in other shiny multicoloured leather. I have spread the word to others ,who have problem wide feet, told them about DB shoes and passed on catalogues

    First of four pair of shoes I have bought from this company which actually fit my feet. Excellent fitting services and although the website can be a little slow, in terms of the shoes, they are outstanding. Comfortable to wear with decent laces which is actually important. Well boxed and delivered very swiftly. Even when I did ring to confirm my size, nothing was a bother. With free returns, and good sale prices, I don't think you can go far wrong. Loved the shoe.

    I use these shoes for Rock Choir which needs plain black shoes. They are great: comfy, water resistant and grippy for muddy places. They clean up well to look very shiny and smart. So good I bought 2 pairs.

    Nice to have a lace-up shoe with a bit of character! My only complaint is that the edges meet so if you have a low instep like mine you can't tighten the laces as much as you would like,

    I love these shoes, it's so hard to get anything fun in an extra wide fit but these are perfect. They are more silvery in reality than the photos show, but that's ok as they go with anything and are so comfy.
