    I am very pleased with the sandals, thank you, but I was very disappointed with the delivery. I ordered on a Saturday and didn't receive them until the Thursday despite paying £10 for quick delivery. I'd hoped to go out with friends on the Wednesday for the first time after breaking my hip a few months ago. None of my usual shoes fit me atm so I was disappointed not to be able to go.

    We have looked into this. The order was placed on Sunday. We do not work at the weekend so despatched the order on Monday using Royal Mail's premium service. As this service is now tracked we have seen that unfortunately this order went up to Scotland before it went to Wales. We apologise for the delay but hopefully people will understand that this was outside of our control. We are talking to the customer and refunding the postage costs as a gesture of good will.
