    This is the first pair of boots I have purchased from this company and the first wide fit, having been searching for wide fit for some months. Having received exceptional customer support I found the whole experience very easy. The idea of being able to remove insoles for the appropriate fit is incredible.

    The width of the boot is surprisingly comfortable although I think a half size shorter in length may have been a better fit under normal circumstances. In my case however I was recently found to have interstitial anterior Tibialis Tendonopathy which requires me to wear a brace. I was delighted to find that the boot allowed for that and was still quite comfortable. The boot is very well made and gives the ankle support I need at this time, whilst still allowing a good fit for my “normal” foot.

    They are made of a good quality leather. Bearing in mind my condition I was pleased to find products which suited my needs whilst still looking good and fashionable. Taking all this into consideration I felt the price was justifiable.

    These boots are very good quality. However they are not as comfortable as I hoped they would be. The leather is quite stiff and I find it rubs around my ankle when I walk. I’m hoping it will soften the more I wear them.

    The fit around the ankle is so bad that my socks nearly come off. My feet slide back and forth creating friction on my hammer toes. This caused a blister and swelling that took a long time to heal. Therefore having spent £122 I now cannot wear them. The size was correct according to my previous shoes which fitted ok. I am desperately disappointed.

    Reading teh review the boot is too big for the customer. When you first receive your shoes please try on a surface that will not mark the shoes and if they are not suitable please use our free returns service to return the shoes.
