I am delighted with my Kylie sandals. Having to wear an AFO, I believed I was destined to a lifetime of wearing trainers only. Imagine my delight when my Podiatrist told me about DB! I initially ordered a different style in a size up, but had to return those as too long. I spoke to a consultant at DB, and went ahead and ordered the Kylie in my regular size. I'm glad I did, as the adjustable Velcro straps mean that whilst they accommodate my AFO, my non AFO wearing foot is also comfortable and well fitted.
These sandals are very comfortable, pretty and cooler in the summer weather. My only regret is that I didn't buy them in navy whilst still available in my size/fitting.

I have purchased these for my mother over a number of years and they have always been great. Although they are a perfect fit the soles of the sandals have little to no grip and this in turn makes it really difficult for her when moving from sitting to standing. Her feet slide on the carpet and she is unable to stand safely. We've never had any issues previously with these sandals as they are so well made, look lovely and can be easily adjusted and adapted. Hopefully the company can look at this issue and find a solution.

I need to remove the insole to my shoes. thankfully you have stopped putting a large piece of valcro in the toe of the sole of the shoe to hold the insole in but I still find the shoes lumpy and uncomfortable to wear. I ordered a pair of white pumps at the same time and have been using one of the spare insole in them ( cut to size) for my sandles which has helped a lot. It would be really good if there was a way of putting a permament thin insole under the removable ones for people like me with tender but difficutl feet! otherwise i am very happy with my sasndles.

I was surprised when my shoes arrived, as i was expecting them to be leather whereas they are more like suede/nubuck (which wasn't in the description). I find the top strap doesn't quite sit nicely across my feet. Ideally, I'd like you to make these in leather and for darker colours, for the base to be black, not white or beige. All in all, they are a good sandal. Perhaps you might consider offering extension velcro straps?

Comfortable sandal being replaced with what should have been identical pair. - if only the build quality was better! The top strap on one of the sandals was badly cut and had to be trimmed back. There are several uncomfortable knots of thread that have to be taped down and the inner sole is not fully glued and hangs out of the base. Additionally it does not fit as well as the previous pair so a bit of a let down overall but I have managed to make them serviceable with a bit of effort.

These shoes are really excellent. They are nice and comfortable to walk around in. They fit perfectly and are of top quality. They give me great confidence since I am an elderly lady of 89 years old, I have had two hip replacements and I had a stroke 5 years ago. I walk round my apartment using a walker trolley and I am strongly restricted in how far I can walk due to all my health problems. However, these shoes are really great. Very pretty and comfortable sandal and fully adjustable. I have bunions and hammer toes which rub but these sandals are ideal for summer. Although haven't worn them properly yet as the weather hasn't been very nice, i am very pleased with the fit and would recommend them to anyone with awkward fitting feet.

Comfortable from first try on. The lady who fits my orthotics was impressed and ordered some beige colour ones to match them.. Very comfortable fit ( I am 4V) and I am always grateful for a shoe that adjust at the end of the day, having had 3 ops on my toes.

+ . very comfortable . good colour . cleans easily . adjusts easily . good solid 'sole' . allows me to wear support insoles in an open toe summer shoe without them sliding out of the back ( this happens with 'sling-backs'): this is especially useful. - . the cut of the strap that goes over the ankle is wrong...!! In order to fasten the Velcro the strap 'gapes' on the opposite side ( over the instep). If the strap is allowed to fall neatly and flat over the top of the ankle it doesn't fall on the Velcro fastening. It's a minor adjustment to the angle of the cut of the strap, but it turns it into a good-looking shoe as opposed, in this case, to poor-looking product. I hope that is helpful?

Very hard to find a reasonably stylish summer sandal with a closed in heel - to accommodate orthotics. These are a good classic style, well made and a comfortable fit so far. Haven't worn them a lot yet.
