Nice colour. Soft innersole and hard outer sole which is good because the help stopping you fall over. Normally I am a size 12 because it is difficult getting wide fit shoes on the high street. I used the measuring tool and found out a size 11 would fit me better. A bit of apprehension about the sizing but when the houseshoes turned up but they fitted perfectly. Would highly recommend on price, quality and dispatch time.

Unfortunately I only wore them for a couple of days and suffered extreme pain in sole of right foot making walking very difficult and painful. Doctor diagnosed plantar faciitis. Stopped wearing shoes and symptoms cleared up after about 3 weeks. Sadly the discomfort returned immediately wear was resumed. Currently not in use.

I have to treat these slippers as slip-ons because of my limited mobility. This is the second pair I have had because once they are on they are very comfortable. However, in getting them on the back around the heel tends to collapse because they do not have sufficient structural strength to maintain their shape under any pressure. Therefore they tend to turn inwards unless there is someone to help me get my feet into them. I would expect better for the price.

Having had a number of these in the past, this one was a disappointment. Firstly the wrong size was delivered, but when the correct size was received, the heel backs are less high than previously, and less incurved, so the slippers are difficult to keep on one's feet. I had to buy quite expensive heel inserts to mitigate this, but still less than satisfactory. I emailed DB about the problem, (replying to an eamil from them) but had no response. This is a shame, as historically this product has been good value and has suited me well, but an apparent design tweak such as this can make a significant difference to the wearer.

Well worth the money! Although these are men's slippers I actually bought them for myself as I was recovering from a foot injury and couldn't get my usual slippers on my feet. I bought a size bigger as my feet are heavily bandaged, but I should probably have just ordered my own size as the sizing is very generous. They're generally very comfy but I do find the soles very hard which means my feet get a little bit sore on the soles if I've been wearing them all day. I would definitely recommend them though, and would buy again in view of the difficulty I always have buying wide fit for myself. Delivery was also very quick. All in all a good buy!

Also ridiculous that the trainers attracted VAT free status, but not the house shoes. My feet remain the same! Realise this isn't DBs fault, but I wonder if a customer could be registered for VAT exemption, rather than a shoe. Thanks

I now have 2V instead of 6V and the fit is perfect, but there is another defect. The right shoe is a lovely deep navy with Knap, but the left is grey/blue without knap. As they are only bedroom slippers and I wanted to start using them right away, I have kept them as they are.

This is the 3rd pair of these slippers that I have had from you. The first two pairs have been really good but this latest pair do not seem to have been so well made. The heel support collapses easily and the insoles crease and fold. I need to be able to slip them on without bending, which I am unable to do. Once they are on properly they are a very good fit but I doubt they will last as long as the first two pairs.

His main problem is the depth of the toe area. These slippers are more expensive than others, but at last he has slippers that fit and are comfortable! The firmness of the sole means he can go outside in them. I bought the same size as his shoes, but they are a little too large. Easily fixed with an insole, but next time I'd buy a half size down.

Great to find some slippers that fit perfectly. My Dad is 88 as has odema so standard High St slippers just not wide enough. Would definitely user this site again. as helpful when rang on phone prior to internet order for sizing advice.
